Making nonprofit partnerships more efficient
Despite common goals, some nonprofit partnerships can be frustrating,
slow moving, process oriented, and time consuming. Only the
most forward-thinking executives will have cultivated the
skills to prepare them for cross-sector partnerships. Why
re-learn what savvy "early adopter" executives have
already come to know from experience?
LGI has developed proven, customized training products for
a single executive, a region, or a whole company. Perfect
for starting new project teams, ongoing education, or executive
retreats.
