Cultivating communications skills in a supportive
environment
The LGI team recognizes that building strategic marketing-communications
capacity among nonprofit organizations is often a catalyst
for realizing organizational goals or becoming self-sustaining.
For organizations involved in emerging fields, LGI’s
work also demonstrates that field-building is far more effective
when the organizations within a field are speaking "in
one voice" through cross-pollinating and mutually-reinforcing
messages.
In response, the LGI team has developed four proven training
products focused on building the strategic communications
capacity of nonprofit and business leaders. Informed by LGI’s
