Many coordinated voices sing louder than one alone
We know that bringing together diverse stakeholders is an
important catalyst for social change. In our work with clients,
we find that communications is often a key "rallying
point" for collaboration between groups. While this is
good, we know that it can also be a difficult and time consuming
process for clients to manage on their own. Because we are
sensitive to the unique nature of relationship building, LGI
often acts as an important facilitator around communications
issues.
LGI has years of experience orchestrating formal and informal
coalitions of stakeholder groups, different organizations,
and cross-sector partners. The team’s experience in
uniting groups behind a common goal, yet honoring their individuality,
is a delicate balance of experience and sensitivity. We understand
the unique dynamics between foundation and grantee, grantee
and funders, and among grantees in a developing field. Once
accomplished, however, the rewards are substantial: the power
of one compelling message from multiple groups, sources, and
angles cannot be denied.
